SHARK Clinic Holistic Programming

SHARK’s meditation program offers three 30-minute virtual sessions designed to give youth and families simple, effective tools for stress relief. Backed by research, these practices have been shown to improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic abdominal pain, and sleep problems—helping participants build resilience and find calm in their daily lives.

Participants receive free art supplies, making it easy to join from home and engage in activities that reduce stress, boost self-esteem, and encourage positive coping skills.
