  • 211LA County/LA County Health and Human Services: Call 211. This is the central source for providing information and referrals for all health and human services in LA County. Phone line staffed with trained community resource advisors, 24/7.
  • One Degree: Online portal and app that helps you find local services and nonprofits, available at www.1degree.org
  • National Parent Helpline: 1-855-2736, M-F, 10am-7pm. Emotional support and advocacy for parents.
  • SAMHSA Disaster Distress Helpline: 1-800-985-5990 or text: TalkWithUS 66746 24/7 for people experiencing emotional distress related to a natural or man-made disaster.
  • Trevor Project Lifeline: 1-800-788-7386. Support to LGBTQ youth and allies in crisis or in need of a safe, judgement-free place to talk.
